    Outstanding customer service.

    CS in America is dead, or at least not what it once was. I am so pleased to report that Converted Carts went above and beyond in my case. I made this mistake of ordering the wrong-colored mat. These are custom made. CC agreed to take it back, cut a new one and wave the restocking fee. Short story because of their actions they now get two more carts rehabs from me. Great business sense on their part. Always the small things that are noticed and what counts.
